Payment & Insurance Information
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
A credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. You can choose to pay ahead or reserve without paying. (Insurance & PIP clients should always choose reserve without paying when booking an appointment.)
Your card will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or a cancellation within less than 48 hours of your scheduled time.
PIP claims are accepted. Claim information will be collected via an intake form and will be used for billing purposes.
PIP clients are not charged except in the event of late cancellations or missed appointments without notice.
Cash, credit or debit cards, and HSA cards are welcome! Enter HSA cards at the time of booking just as you would a credit or debit card. You may change the method of payment at the time of your appointment. You can also pay by check, but a credit or debit card will still be requested at the time of booking.
I am an in network preferred provider for Kaiser Permanente and Aetna health plans. However, I am unable to accept any new insurance clients at this time.
Health insurance clients are only responsible for their copay at the time of service. Missed appointments or late cancellations are charged at the full session rate.
